Turn ON the electronics.
If your sample is fluorescent, turn ON the light source.
Wait until the microscope has fully loaded. You should see the following screen:
Check that the objective is on the lowest magnification (5x).
Check that the Z position is at β0β.
Open LASX.
Click βYesβ
Calibrate the stage- make sure that nothing will interrupt it!
