Two Image Analysis (IA) Workstations are available for public usage at Levine buliding, room #201.

The workstations are equipped with multi core Xeon processors, 64GB RAM, fast SSD disk + 4TB data disks, Quadro 4000 graphic card

All the comercial IA software as well as Fiji are installed on the workstations. 


Three high performance IA Workstations dedicated to processing of Lightsheet and other very big datasets at Levine #209.

Analysis 30T: 2*Intel Xeon E5-2690 CPU @ 2.6 GHz, 256GB of memory, Nvidia GeForce GTX TITAN X graphic card

Analysis 80T: 2*Intel Xeon E5-2690 CPU @ 2.6 GHz, 256GB of memory, AMD Radeon R9 200 graphic card

Analysis 20T: 2*Intel Xeon E5-2667 CPU @ 3.2 GHz, 512GB of memory, Nvidia Quadro M6000 24 GB graphic card, dedicated fast SSD disk for program cache


Workstations and Software usage must be scheduled through Internal Services=>BioImaging Queue (room 201) or  Internal Services=>Adavanced Light Microscopy (room 209)

For Multi-dimensional microscopy data, 3 full floating licences are available 

Fully supported, latest version 8.4.1

For multi-dimensional microscopy data, 1 floating license is available

Currently mainly for users of the Lightsheet microscope at the ALM unit

1 license with a hardware dongle, can be used only on IA workstations at Levine #201/#209
