Save your data on the bioimg folder, make sure you open a new folder under the folder with your user name.
Remove your sample.
If you used immersion objective- clean the immersion from the objective.
lower the stage to “0”.
Change to the lowest magnification (5x).
Close “LASX”.
Check on the internal services: if no other user is registered within the next 3h, also turn off:

Make sure you leave a clean area when you are done.
