  1. Save your data on the bioimg folder, make sure you open a new folder under the folder with your user name.

  2. Remove your sample.

  3. If you used immersion objective- clean the immersion from the objective.

  4. Lower the stage to “0”.

  5. Change to the lowest magnification (5x).

  6. Close “LASX”.

  7. Check on the internal services: if no other user is registered within the next 3h, also turn off:

    1. Electronics

    2. Light source

  8. Make sure you leave a clean area when you are done.
